The quality and consistency of the dishes that Chef Cooksey prepares is rivaled by no one in the area. The cuisine is best described as contemporary American with a hint of Creole. We cover anything from filet mignon to a club sandwich. Our signature dish, Snapper Beausoleil, is lightly sautéed in a lemon wine sauce with jumbo shrimp and scallops. Chef prides himself on preparing the ultimate dining experience, whether it is a hamburger or a braised lamb shank in cranberry mint compote.

Fishbone’s has always been known for its unbelievable food. In the last few years, however, we’ve also become a renowned night spot. Live entertainment between Tuesday and Sunday brings life to the beautiful building. The crowd gets fired up and ready to have a good time. The billiards room has pristine nine-foot Brunswick tables, Golden Tee Video Golf machines, and a brand new Foosball table. Our bar seats 60 people and has the best bar staff on the east side. Want to watch a sporting event? Try one of the 20 televisions – including two 16-foot Projection screens and five state-of-the-art Plasma screens. Our newest addition is a breathtaking outdoor heated courtyard featuring a 16-seat fire pit. The courtyard has an ambience unmatched on the east side and has quickly become THE spot to enjoy the great outdoors.
